You need a Spotify Premium account
When you place your order, please specify the time of your party. This will allow us to prepare for your party in advance. You’ll typically receive your personal URL, all the important information, and your login details 24 hours before the scheduled party time. After that, all you have to do is connect DJfy to your Spotify Premium account, and you’re ready to go.
No. DJfy is designed to use Spotify as its playback platform. Therefore, the host needs a Spotify Premium account to use it.
No, not at the moment. DJfy is technically designed for Spotify and does not currently support Apple Music or YouTube Music.
No. Your guests don’t need a Spotify account or to log in. They just open the party URL or scan the QR code, and they can immediately request and vote on songs.
No. The host must have Spotify Premium so that DJfy can properly schedule the music for playback.
Then your regular Spotify playlist just keeps playing. So DJfy only steps in when song requests and voting determine the next relevant song.
No. The song list is visible, but it is not linked to specific individuals.
Yes. If your appointment changes, please let us know so we can adjust the automation and your access accordingly.
DJfy is customized for your party. To ensure that your personal URL and access are ready in time, we usually need some lead time. It’s best to place your order at least 24 hours in advance. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate very last-minute requests, but this cannot be reliably planned for.
Yes. You’ll receive your login information 24 hours before your party starts. This way, you can test DJfy in advance at your leisure, connect it to Spotify, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the party.
